What is a QA Workshop & how is it different from other Software Testing (QA) Training?

  • Our workshops put you in the shoes of an IT professional and provide you with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time as a software tester (QA) and decide for yourself whether you would like to pursue quality assurance as a career.

  • This is a QA coach led workshop where you will work on live ongoing projects and develop client deliverables within time-sensitive deadlines.

  • In this online workshop, a participant's committed hours can be customized within the given time frame of the workshop once started. Participants are expected to communicate with project team members and the QA Coach through online meetings via web conferencing tool where deliverables will be reviewed.

  • This workshop also teaches you the mindset of a Black Hat thinker (QA) on a web or mobile product development team. Agile start-up teams can learn the testing process on short projects empowering them to develop in-house QA competency.

  • Upon successful completion of the workshops, you are eligible to go through our screening process where you will have the opportunity to be a part of the ITWorks Crowd and earn as you work alongside us.

All participants upon enrolment are provided with an ITWorks101 email address along with relevant test and task management tools with access to our company's knowledge base for your understanding and learning.

What is the duration of the subscription to the ITWorks101 email address and tools?

The ITWorks101 email address and tools are valid for 3 months from the date of enrolment and can be renewed at a minimal annual subscription cost.

What is the screening process and how does it work?

The screening process is a skill assessment program that helps us understand your background and skill set for us to customize your learning experience with us. It helps us understand and monitor your growth, customize your tasks and provide supervision to strengthen your areas of improvement.

How can you be a part of our ITWorks101 Crowd?

To be a part of our ITWorks Crowd101, you need to successfully clear our screening process. QA professionals who want to join our crowd for freelance testing work will also need to go through our screening process.
